How to have Hagrid’s motorbike experience?

How to experience Hagrid's motorbike?

Any Harry Potter fans out there will surely be extremely excited by the prospect of possibly visiting the Harry Potter Studio Tour at Warner Bros in London. The tour features a number of things such as being able to take a look around the Great hall, exploring Dumbledore’s office. You can have a wander around Diagon Alley and have a look at wand shop Ollivanders, Gringotts Wizarding Bank and all of the usual shops you expect to find there. You can also learn how many of the terrifying and wonderful creatures from the movies were brought to life by Green Screen and life sized models. There are also other amazing sets to discover such as the Gryffindor common room and the boy’s dormitory.

Hagrid’s motorbike is on show for everyone to jump on

One of the main attractions that you are able to visit whilst at the studio is loveable Hagrid’s hut and not only that, his fantastic flying motorbike. Although many of us do realise that motorbikes do not tend to go flying through the air, it is safe to say that many of us who fell in love with the Harry Potter franchise, likes to pretend that they can anyway. The motorbike and it’s sidecar which were represented in the Harry Potter films by a 1959 Triumph Bonneville T120 (a typical muggle looking motorbike) ¬†are featured in the attraction right in front of the fantastic night bus, which we all remember can change it’s shape and size so that it can squeeze through two giant buses. Hagrid’s motorbike has proved popular with visitors to the Harry Potter tour attraction, with even Harry Potter stars Rupert Grint (Ron) Bonnie Wright (Ginny) and Tom Felton (Draco) themselves seizing the opportunity for a quick picture on it. Fans from all over who have flocked to enjoy the potter mania have uploaded pictures of themselves on Hagrids Motorbike.

Hagrid’s motorbike, Hagrid himself and Harry for hire

These are not the only people who appear to be fascinated by Hagrid and his flying motorbike. There are actually a number of people providing a service in the UK in which you can hire a hagrid lookalike with motorbike in tow and even a lookalike Harry Potter. The motorbike for hire usually appears in bike and ralley events, though can also be hired for parties and appearances for Harry Potter enthusiasts all over the country. It is not only the actors themselves who appear to want to take a ride in hagrid’s motorbike. The Harry Potter tour and the hire service are both excellent ways to let out your inner witch and wizard.
